About the job

• Homogenizing food and feed samples according to procedural instructions as well as distributing them to the laboratories and documentation
• Storage and archiving of samples
• Carrying out qualifications of laboratory test equipment
• Independent determination of analytical parameters in food (density, Brix, filling quantity, average weight)
• Recording and coordination of external shipment of samples
• Checking and booking sample results from external laboratories in the LIMS system

• Completed basic training preferably in the field of laboratory, kitchen or food processing
• Knowledge in the field of food and feed
• Good handling of Office programs (Word, Excel), ideally already experience with LIMS systems
• Preferably professional experience in sample preparation for the analysis of food and feed
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good comprehension and a high level of commitment
