Your tasks
- Administrative support of the municipal clerk and the municipal council
- Preparation, organization, and follow-up of municipal council meetings
- Management of the business administration system CMI
- Preparation, organization, and follow-up of municipal council meetings

- Responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the municipal website and intranet

Your profile
- Commercial basic training in a public administration
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills as well as a pronounced IT and digital affinity
- Motivation for digitization, web content, and modern administrative solutions
- Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible personality
- Independent and structured way of working
