It issues service mandates to hospitals and clinics and ensures that healthcare professionals and health institutions perform their duties competently. In addition, it promotes the health of the population.
The legal department of the Office of Health supports the office management and all specialist departments of the office in all legal matters. It handles specialist legislative projects, processes parliamentary initiatives, and conducts supervisory and complaint procedures.
We are looking for a lawyer for a fixed-term internship (100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Processing requests for exemption from professional confidentiality
- Supporting the legal department in fulfilling its tasks, especially in supervisory procedures
- Handling legal issues from the entire area of the Office of Health
Our requirements
- Completed studies in law (MLaw)
- Interest in public law and health law issues
- Practical legal experience is an advantage
- Conscientious and efficient working style
- Fluent oral and written expression
- Enjoyment of teamwork
