Online Marketing Manager (80-90%, m/f/d)
Do you want to make an impact with digital campaigns and do meaningful online marketing? Then you are exactly right with us. In this role, you will further develop our digital communication and online fundraising. You will work closely with colleagues from communication, fundraising, and specialist departments and actively shape our online channels.
In the team Marketing & Communication we are looking for a professionally skilled, committed reinforcement with drive for our digital marketing as of December 1, 2025.
- You plan, implement, and optimize online campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (SEA)
- You further develop our digital strategy and implement concrete projects (e.g., landing pages, email journeys, newsletters)
- You create and maintain dashboards for success measurement (Google Looker Studio) and report relevant KPIs to internal stakeholders
- You assist in the further development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring a professional web presence and implementing SEO optimizations
- You contribute to expanding our online fundraising activities
- You monitor trends in digital marketing and bring creative ideas to the team
- Completed training in online marketing, digital communication, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in online marketing and ideally experience as a webmaster
- Very good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads as well as CMS (Drupal) and newsletter tools
- You enjoy writing and formulate confidently and target-group oriented in German and ideally bring initial editorial experience
- Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as technical understanding
- Experience with web analytics and project management
- You work independently, reliably, and with a high quality standard
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and willing to pitch in
