The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational connections, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare center, and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.
We are looking for an:
Hourly Secretary - Receptionist for EMS Parc de Beausobre
Starting October 1st or as agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of confirmed professional experience in secretarial work
- An interest in elderly people and professional experience in this field is an asset
- Excellent command of French (writing and spelling skills)
- Very good command of common computer tools
- The ability to take on responsibilities, take initiatives, and work independently
- Rigor and good organizational skills
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure administrative management related to residents' stays
- Manage the EMS cash register and residents' "pocket money" accounts
- Take notes and write minutes
- Welcome, inform, and guide residents, families, and EMS visitors
- Handle telephone reception and transfer calls internally and externally
- Participate in the supervision of the apprentice
