Your area of responsibility

• Technical as well as administrative processing and support of demanding construction projects in the greater Zurich area with a focus on the Zurich Oberland
• Close cooperation with architects, general contractors, and clients
• Developing innovative, technical detailed solutions in construction
• Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality from planning to final installation

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in a craft or planning profession
• Further training in metal construction, timber construction sector, or as a construction manager
• Professional experience in the field of sun protection/building envelope desirable
• Practical experience with proof of performance in project execution/project management
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Structured working method, proficient use of digital tools
• Very good organizational skills, healthy assertiveness
• Ability to communicate openly and appropriately in German (m/f)
• Team player with good manners as well as a confident and well-groomed appearance
