Are you an experienced accountant with solid knowledge in financial accounting and want to apply your skills in an exciting environment? For our company, we are looking for an engaged professional to strengthen the finance team with independent and precise work, starting immediately or by arrangement.
- Responsibility for the financial accounting of DELTA Zofingen AG including subsidiaries in Switzerland and Germany, including main and subsidiary ledgers
- Posting of incoming payments and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ongoing reconciliation and monitoring of clearing accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations and settlements
- Supervision of the apprentice in the finance area
- Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and HGB
- VAT returns (CH and DE) including sales reconciliation, summary reports, certificates of arrival, etc.
- Support in budgeting and medium-term planning of group companies in Switzerland and Germany
- Cash management and preparation of the cash flow forecast
- Support of the Head of Finance, HR & IT in ad-hoc analyses and/or projects
- Preparation of audit documents
