Your Tasks
You are active in the heart of the house and act positively and charmingly as the first business card to guests, partners, and suppliers.
- Reception, carrying out check-in and check-out, care and advice for guests during their stay
- Billing
- Processing offers and reservations by email and phone
- General organization around the hotel
Your Profile
- Professional experience in the hotel industry
- Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist, or in the commercial sector is an advantage
- Guest and service orientation: your enthusiasm for the profession is also felt by our guests, whom you professionally, friendly, and service-oriented care for.
- High flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team
- Languages: German and English, additional language skills, especially French, are an advantage
