WHAT YOU DO
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager Trainee, you create an inspiring and consistent customer experience. You lead, coach, and develop your VM team to ensure visual standards and sales-promoting standards.

You:

• ensure the implementation of visual and commercial presentation according to store guidelines for a great customer experience.
• analyze sales targets, develop optimization measures, and implement them together with your team to increase sales and commerciality.
• lead your VM team in organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks and adjust these together with the store management team 
• coach and develop your team specifically to promote fashion and trend awareness to strengthen visual and commercial skills throughout the store team.
• have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2).
