Fundraising Coordinator (50% annualized)

The Pouponnière and Abri Foundation aims to work for children and especially young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the Educational Mother-Child Reception (AEME), the Meeting Space Service Unit (UPER).

As part of its mission, the Foundation's Support Association coordinates fundraising to financially support meaningful projects mainly intended for children.

We offer you the opportunity to participate in these support activities as:

Tasks and responsibilities

• Propose the fundraising strategy and ensure its implementation
• Ensure the continuity of campaigns, manage operational and financial follow-up
• Retain and thank donors, ensure related follow-up
• Analyze campaign results
• Propose innovative and engaging projects
• Work closely with relevant partners and suppliers
• Participate in the digitalization of campaign and donor management tools

Profile sought

• Tertiary education in marketing and communication
• CAS in fundraising or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field
• Excellent mastery of common IT tools and experience using a CRM
• Perfect command of French, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Skills in coordination and project management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, versatility
• Knowledge of the non-profit sector
