About the job

Your Tasks

You not only enjoy working with AI coding tools and agent setups – you are consciously looking for the next challenging stage where you don’t just "apply" AI-native software engineering, but help build, shape, and make it the standard.

You design and establish an AI-supported engineering setup (agents, workflows, prompt/context standards) and define roles as well as the collaboration "Human + Agent".
You are responsible for architecture and technical implementation (Clean Architecture, DDD, Cloud Patterns) and translate business requirements into robust solutions.
You ensure quality and delivery (standards, tests, security, observability, DoD, CI/CD, DevOps) and keep scope and quality in balance.
You coach the team, develop scalable working methods, and actively participate in complex or critical topics.
You evaluate new technologies (AI/Cloud/DevOps), conduct PoCs, and bring solutions productively live.

Your Skills

5+ years of experience in software development with .NET or Java including API design and productive system responsibility.
Solid architectural understanding (Clean Architecture, DDD, modular systems, interfaces, dependency management) and AI-native mindset with experience in AI coding tools/agent workflows.
Fullstack know-how (Angular/TypeScript) as well as solid knowledge in data persistence (EF Core, SQL, performance basics).
Quality and delivery focus: tests, CI/CD, code reviews, release management as well as cloud/ops experience (Docker, Azure, deployment patterns).
Agile, structured, and communicative working style with leadership and coaching experience.

Your Profile

(Technical) university degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
Experience in AI-supported development, modern cloud/platform delivery (Azure or AWS), and in agile, cross-functional teams.
Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English.
