To strengthen the Facility Services area, we are looking for a committed personality for our client in Basel who enjoys bringing their expertise and great service daily into their work.
Your main tasks:
- First point of contact for building users, customers, and third parties in office and laboratory buildings
- Informing building users about construction or other operationally relevant activities
- Ensuring the currency of building safety documentation and alarm organization
- Conducting regular rounds and checking the safety status, including marking permanent hazards
- Administrative process management for the approval and release of building access rights / shutdown of systems / media / work permits
- Identifying maintenance needs and defining and implementing the necessary measures
- Commissioning and monitoring repairs
- Accompanying third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
- Conducting room inspections after relocations
- Ensuring compliance with building-specific requirements
- Proactive information about all activities in the building to the Facility Services Manager

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a craft or training as a federally certified janitor
- Experience in managing complex buildings
- Good technical understanding
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Flexible or willingness to work outside normal working hours
- English skills are an advantage
