This position is a VIE role, contract under the Business France entity, with the following eligibility criteria:
Be 28 years old or younger
Be a national of an EU member country
Have not previously worked in Switzerland

The Compliance Department is responsible for compliance activities and combating fraud, money laundering, and corruption. It manages relations with authorities regarding controls, reporting, and regulatory monitoring. It ensures the Bank's financial security activities.
Integrated within the Investigation team of the Financial Security Wealth Management department, the VIE will be responsible for:
- Analyzing account unblocking requests from an AML and SANCTION perspective and issuing a Compliance opinion;
- Assisting Investigation team members by conducting research on external databases (Factiva / WorldCheck / Google / ...);
- Handling the preparation of banking documentation for cantonal public prosecutors, the confederation, and MROS (Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland);
- Supporting the Investigation team on various topics (Audits, governance texts, reporting);
- Providing necessary support to meet operational needs and case analyses.
