Your trainee programIn our trainee program, you will gain comprehensive insight into the demanding corporate banking sector. You will build solid expertise, further develop your sales skills, and learn to understand entrepreneurial contexts holistically. You will be actively involved in daily business – with the goal of gradually taking on more responsibility.

In 20 months, you will likely complete three to four assignments in corporate banking and related areas, such as with our product specialists in the trading environment. The first assignments in corporate client advisory are predefined and provide you with a solid foundation in consulting, sales, and risk analysis.

You will determine your final specialization assignment together with your contacts, tailored to your strengths, interests, and our strategic priorities. This creates an individual, practice-oriented training with a clear perspective in corporate banking.

Our corporate banking serves companies of various industries and sizes, from established SMEs to publicly listed companies and complex corporate structures. We see ourselves as a reliable financing and strategic sparring partner on equal footing.

As part of your trainee program, you will gain a varied insight into different areas:

• Corporate client advisory & sales

You support our relationship managers in managing an existing customer portfolio. You prepare client meetings, analyze business models, and contribute to financing solutions. In doing so, you develop your sense for customer needs and specifically expand your sales skills.

• Credit and risk analysis

You deepen your know-how in analyzing annual financial statements, business plans, and cash flow models. You learn to assess creditworthiness, evaluate risks, and develop structured financing proposals. This way, you combine analytical thinking with entrepreneurial understanding.

• Product specialists

Depending on your chosen assignment, you will gain insight into specialized topics such as Debt Capital Markets, Cash Management, or Asset Management.

Throughout the entire program, you will be closely accompanied and receive regular feedback to specifically advance your professional and personal development. This way, you contribute to further strengthening our position as a strong partner for the economy. Our goal is to create sustainable customer relationships and competently support companies in all phases of their development.

• You have recently completed your university studies (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field and ideally have already gained initial working student experience in sales at a bank or a comparable industry?
• You are interested in economic contexts and want to actively support and develop companies?

• You think analytically, work in a structured way, and have a good understanding of numbers?
• You are characterized by high commitment, initiative, and perseverance?
