HR Specialist, Focus Recruiting (80% - 100%)

We are one of Switzerland's leading internationally oriented business law firms, and we are looking to strengthen our HR team by hiring a dedicated and talented HR Specialist, Focus Recruiting (80% - 100%)

Reporting to the Head of HR in Zurich you will have the following

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (Assistants, Business-Service Team Members)
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Managing assistant coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow

Your qualifications:

• HR Specialist with Federal Diploma (HR Fachausweis)
• 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems (Rexx)
