We are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager (a)
Here is what you will do
- You are responsible for the operational management of Ampersand as well as leading the team in the absence of the operations manager
- You welcome, care for, impress, and bid farewell to our guests
- You are responsible for all ordering processes
- You organize and conduct events, banquets, and group inquiries
- You design and conduct training sessions for the team
What we expect from you
- You have completed training in the hospitality industry and have several years of professional experience - a degree from a hotel management school is a plus
- You have preferably already gained some leadership experience
- You have good knowledge of wine
- You speak fluent German and English
- You enjoy working actively at the front in a dynamic team
