Your Tasks
- Anesthesiological care of patients (m/f/d) in the operative area as well as in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, independently and at the highest professional level.
- Responsible co-design and organization of daily work processes within the department, taking into account medical and organizational requirements.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the hospital's specialist departments, collegial, solution-oriented, and in the interest of optimal patient care.
- Implementation and further development of internal standards, guidelines, and quality assurance measures
- Participation in on-call and standby duty
- Performance of all common anesthesia procedures (general, regional, and local anesthesia) considering modern medical standards.
- Perioperative patient care, including premedication visits, risk assessment, and postoperative pain therapy.
- Participation in the organization and implementation of acute pain therapy as well as in concepts of patient-centered pain medicine.
- Supervision and guidance of medical colleagues in training as well as non-medical assistant staff.
- Participation in internal training, professional exchange, and continuous development of the anesthesiology team.
- Contribution to medical documentation and quality assurance, including the use of digital systems and compliance with legal requirements.
Your Profile
- German recognition as a specialist physician (m/f/d) for anesthesia
- Additional qualification "Intensive Care Medicine" desirable
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute your own ideas to the further development of the clinic
- Friendly and open manner with our patients (m/f/d) as well as their relatives and a high degree of empathy
- Willingness to work motivated and collegially in a team
- Commitment and initiative in organizing daily routines
