• Support of daily responsibility in day-to-day business
• Handling of internal and external telephone inquiries
• Performing administrative tasks (such as repair orders) on the ward as well as responsibility for the entire ordering system
• Support in nursing activities in everyday life (e.g. blood sampling, patient transports, etc.)
• In short, you are the heart of the department, ensuring order, fully stocked shelves and cabinets, and regulated daily routines for the entire department

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a health professional EFZ, medical practice assistant, or nursing assistant
• Professional experience in an acute hospital or in long-term care, ideally in a surgical environment
• Good PC skills that you confidently use in your professional everyday life
• A reliable, flexible, and committed personality who remains resilient even in demanding situations
• You enjoy teamwork and value good interprofessional collaboration
