Educational sensitivity: You accompany the children age-appropriately through their daily lives, handle conflicts calmly and confidently, and maintain a trusting exchange with the parents.
Loving care: You give the children security, are their confidant, and understand their needs.
Teamwork: You support your colleagues and ensure a harmonious and balanced working atmosphere.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and bring at least 2 years of professional experience.
Role model: You understand that you play an important role in the lives of the children and act responsibly accordingly.
Team spirit: You are a valuable support not only for the children but also for your colleagues.
