Branch Manager: Property Management 80-100%
Your responsibilities
You will take on the professional and personnel management of 4 to 5 employees at the Zurich location. With your expertise, you advise owners on issues of value preservation and further development of the properties entrusted to you. You are responsible for customer satisfaction as well as for compliance with budget requirements and quality standards. In addition, you actively engage in the continuous optimization of current processes. In this role, you are a member of the extended management team and help shape strategic decisions.
Your qualifications
- Federal diploma as a property manager or real estate trustee
- Several years of practical and leadership experience in property management
- High social competence and good planning and organizational skills
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- Committed and motivated personality, resilient and decisive
