In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of building technology in the assigned critical infrastructures/data centers with an availability of at least 99.95%.

Your tasks:

• Direct execution of orders in the technical field
• Responsibility for the technical operation and its maintenance
• Support for order management in the electrical sector (HVAC) (handling maintenance and inspections in ticketing)
• Management of maintenance, conversion, expansion, and renovation projects
• Execution of troubleshooting, commissioning, operation, and acceptance tests
• Ensuring on-call duties and guard services
• Performing/assisting with emergency power supply tests and power outage tests (POT) as irregular night work

Your profile:

• Basic technical training with knowledge of building technology
• Professional experience with electrical systems
• Additional training in project management and facility management is an advantage
• Knowledge of building technology (HVAC and MSRL) desired
• Experienced PC user (MS Office)
• Very good written and oral skills in German and/or French with a good knowledge of the other language
• Driver's license required (Cat. B)
• Impeccable reputation
