Your Tasks
- Support of the program management in organizing teaching and internal processes
- Coordination and collaboration in the maintenance of spatial, technical, and digital infrastructure
- Support of teaching as well as contact point for students, lecturers, and guests in everyday university life
- Collaboration in communication and public relations (German and English)
- Collaboration in print and online design and publication projects of the program
- Participation in planning and execution of events such as exhibitions, information days, exhibitions, fairs...etc
- Administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed university degree at an art university, BA or MA in Visual Communication, Interaction Design or contemporary image practices (so-called "post-photography")
- Ability and willingness to work in a structured and well-organized manner in a team
- Good knowledge in handling graphic design, typography, web design, and social media
- Good knowledge and handling of software skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and willingness to acquire new digital skills
- Good handling of photographic and digital production equipment
- Interest in communication and mediation activities
- Fluent in spoken and written language: German and English
- Ability to take responsibility for (accompanied) project development, independent and proactive work
- Team player
- Ideally basic knowledge in the history and theory of photography
