Tasks
- Manage scheduling for outpatient and inpatient procedures independently.
- Coordinate endoscopic examinations and complex interdisciplinary appointments.
- Triage emergency cases while maintaining patient communication.
Skills
- Completed training as MPA EFZ or FaGe EFZ, or equivalent experience.
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office applications.
- Experience in scheduling or outpatient organization is preferred.

About the job
In this role, you are responsible for the independent scheduling of outpatient and inpatient patients as well as the coordination of endoscopic examinations. Furthermore, you are responsible for planning complex assessments including interdisciplinary appointments as well as triaging emergencies.
You enjoy contact (by phone or in writing) with our patients and also handle referrals.
Close collaboration with the medical staff and nursing is part of your daily routine.

How to become part of our team
- Completed training as MPA EFZ or FaGe EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in scheduling or outpatient clinic organization desirable
- Knowledge of human anatomy an advantage
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
