- You develop modern, scalable applications based on Java 21 and Spring Boot 3
- You actively shape our microservices architecture and ensure its stability and quality
- You build and operate CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions, and bring in DevOps best practices

Your Skills and Talents
- Very solid experience in Java development, confident in reading and writing complex codebases (Java 21) as well as deep knowledge of Spring Boot 3
- Proven practice in microservices, distributed systems and their design, and experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions advantageous)
- Confident handling of Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes as well as routine with GIT, databases, and DevOps practices
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, clean code, and sustainable architectures
- Experience with Gradle or Maven as well as Helm and other Docker tools
- Knowledge of Kafka, React/TypeScript, MongoDB
- Know-how in monitoring & performance tools like Elasticsearch, Dynatrace or comparable solutions
- Interest or initial experience with AI/LLM integrations (e.g., process automation, developer assistance)
- Experience in the insurance industry or motivation to familiarize yourself with complex professional contexts
- Very good communication skills in German (internal) and English (external)
