Sales Management Specialist Consulting Meat
To expand our sales team, we are looking for a committed personality who will successfully further develop the specialist consulting meat together with us.

Your tasks
- Leadership and organization of the specialist consulting meat department consisting of four field sales and five internal sales employees as well as a key account manager
- Responsibility for acquiring and managing key accounts in the bakery-confectionery and gastronomy segment with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability
- Strategic further development of meat marketing in close cooperation with category management
- Consulting our customers on assortment and concept issues as well as individual activities
- Professional promotion and development of your employees
- Active participation in the development of new products and programs
- Close and constructive cooperation with internal and external sales and specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a butcher or cook
- Further training as a marketing or sales manager
- Extensive expertise in the meat industry in the Swiss market
- Several years of experience in sales and in a leadership role, ideally in food wholesale
- Proven success in key account management with complex major customers
- Convincing, winning personality with strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills combined with decisiveness and initiative
- Resilient doer personality with assertiveness and team spirit
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, both internally and externally
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Valid driving license category B
