Manager Operations (m/f/d)

You love interacting with people, think in processes, and are familiar with hazardous materials, metals, and ideally also with administrative procedures. Do you want to actively contribute to the further development of the recycling industry? Then you are exactly right with us!
For our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Manager Operations who ensures operational excellence with expertise, foresight, and implementation strength - and prospectively harmonizes processes in a future division.

• You develop the location operationally and bring new impulses for processes, structures, and workflows.
• You work closely with the site manager, administration, operations, and logistics and take responsibility for strategic and operational topics.
• You analyze existing production processes and optimize them in terms of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• You plan and coordinate all production processes and also pitch in yourself in operations if needed – following the motto: leadership by example.
• You ensure compliance with and further development of occupational safety standards.
• You prepare the foundation for a possible division with uniform processes and structures.
• You lead cross-departmental projects and work closely with internal interfaces.

• Technical basic training with further education as a process specialist or comparable
• Solid knowledge in handling hazardous materials and metals
• Experience in production, ideally as a production manager or operations manager
• Know-how in occupational safety, production planning, scheduling, and logistics
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape processes
