For our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Manager Operations who ensures operational excellence with expertise, foresight, and implementation strength - and prospectively harmonizes processes in a future division.
This is what you do...
- You develop the location operationally and bring new impulses for processes, structures, and workflows.
- You work closely with the site manager, administration, operations, and logistics and take responsibility for strategic and operational topics.
- You analyze existing production processes and optimize them in terms of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- You plan and coordinate all production processes and also pitch in yourself in operations if needed – following the motto: leadership by example.
- You ensure compliance with and further development of occupational safety standards.
- You prepare the foundation for a possible division with uniform processes and structures.
- You lead cross-departmental projects and work closely with internal interfaces.
This is what you bring with you...
- Technical basic training with further education as a process specialist or comparable
- Solid knowledge in handling hazardous materials and metals
- Experience in production, ideally as a production manager or operations manager
- Know-how in occupational safety, production planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape processes
