Your profile:
- You have completed a basic technical education, ideally supplemented by a degree or further training
- You bring several years of experience in the cement or heavy industry (or in a comparable environment)
- Basic knowledge of business administration helps you keep an eye on production figures and costs
- IT tools are a matter of course for you (Google Workspace, MS Office, especially Excel, SAP)
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, strong in planning, and act independently and reliably
- You are fluent in German and have a good level of English
- Safety, quality, and cooperation are values you live by
Your area of responsibility:
- You plan and control production at the Siggenthal site
- You are responsible for production and energy planning tools including reporting and monthly closing
- You coordinate material flows from fuels to cement production
- You confidently lead and moderate the daily production meetings
- In close cooperation with maintenance, production, and quality management, you ensure smooth processes
- Additionally, you support production trials, commissioning, as well as revision and development projects
