With PULSE AND BALANCE, Medical Performance Center AG (shareholders: FC St. Gallen Event AG, Hirslanden, selected specialists and Storm Performance) operates an innovative sports medicine center in the Neudorf Center in the east of the city of St. Gallen. Under one roof, we combine orthopedics, physiotherapy, performance diagnostics, and athletic training in this "start-up." Our goal: top-level medicine, rehabilitation, and performance-oriented training in an integrative, sporty-dynamic environment – for elite athletes, recreational athletes, and patients with orthopedic or sports medicine concerns.

For our partner PULSE AND BALANCE, we are looking to expand the physiotherapy team with a committed personality as a sports physiotherapist 80-100%.

YOUR TASKS

• Planning and conducting outpatient physiotherapeutic treatments, especially in the field of orthopedic rehabilitation as well as care for competitive and recreational athletes.
• Professional treatment of athletes and patients based on current scientific principles
• Individual assessment and therapy planning, tailored to the needs and goals of the patients
• Documentation of therapy progress and continuous evaluation of treatment outcomes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team (doctors, sports scientists, athletic trainers)
• Creation and adjustment of training plans, especially within the framework of medical training therapy (MTT) as well as preventive measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a sports physiotherapist (Diploma HF, FH, SRK recognition)
• Proven experience in caring for professional and elite athletes, ideally in a performance-oriented environment
• Knowledge of sport-specific load patterns, injury mechanisms, and prevention strategies
• High social competence and teamwork
• Strong motivation for personal and professional development, enjoyment of independent work
• Additional qualifications (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling, taping) are an advantage
