Working days are as follows: 2 Mondays per month between 07:00 - 16:00 / 11:00 to 20:00 and occasional assignments 2x Saturdays per month between 08:00 - 15:00.
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Access control, key handover according to guidelines
- Mail processing
- Organization and support with craftsmen
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in hospitality, service sector or commercial field
- Fluent German and English skills
- Service-oriented and hospitable
- Flexibility
