For Senevita Lindenbaum in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a new member of our management team due to a retirement as of May 1, 2026 or by arrangement:

Nursing Service Management 100%

• You professionally and personnel manage 6 residential areas with around 24 beds per department
• You ensure a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
• You recruit, lead, plan, and develop the staff in the care and support area (including activation and care quality)
• You are an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives
• You organize and coordinate the daily business for an optimal care process
• You conduct reports, team meetings, and internal training sessions
• You ensure quality development and economic efficiency within personnel and financial guidelines
• You share responsibility for qualitative and economic target achievement
• You plan regular resident activities together with the activation team

• A completed education as a nursing professional at tertiary level and business management training with solid leadership experience
• High professional, social, and leadership competence
• Excellent written and spoken expression in the German language
• Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills are an advantage (Mediterranean residential area)
• Empathetic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Stable, loyal personality with life experience
• Entrepreneurial, responsible, and networked thinking and acting
• Strong resilience and very good communication skills
• Solid RAI NH and IT knowledge
