Activities
- Setup and operation of the laser welding system
- Setup and loading of the resistance welding system
- TIG gas shielded welding
- Leak testing on test bench and with helium
- Finishing, brushing and grinding of weld seams
- Hard soldering and soft soldering of measuring systems
- Conventional turning, drilling and milling
- Maintenance and care of welding equipment and tools
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Training as a welder or mechanical training with welding experience
- Experience in TIG gas shielded welding (thin-walled, stainless material)
- Knowledge in the technical field (conventional machining)
- High precision and care
- Teamwork, reliability and an independent working style
