Your area of responsibility

• You take responsibility for the professional care and support of the residents
• You carry out administrative tasks and are familiar with interRAI LTCF and electronic care documentation (easyDOK)
• You work with relatives and partners such as doctors, physiotherapists, ...
• You accompany students and introduce new employees

It would be great if you could bring the following

• a degree as a certified nurse HF, DNI, DNII
• willingness to work irregular hours (late and weekend shifts)
• high social and professional competence, resilience
• responsible and committed work
• understanding, commitment and affection for care-dependent elderly people
• PC user skills
• joy in working with learners
• You understand "Swiss German" and can communicate well in German
