The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the role of Business Analyst at the senior level (5-8 years) from 01.03.2026
Main tasks:
- Collaboration in the "Apptilians" team with responsibility for the operation and continuous development of the Twint App in the mobile apps environment.
- Analysis and gathering of requirements in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., product owners, developers, testers, subject matter experts, designers).
- Development and presentation of prototypes as well as validation of solution concepts through test methods such as usability testing and A/B testing.
- Promoting collaboration between business and IT departments to ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the app as well as support in error analysis and resolution (2nd and 3rd level support).
- Support in the implementation of requirements according to agile methods, especially within the SAFe framework.
- Coordination with representatives from the TWINT ecosystem to ensure optimal integration and collaboration.
- Proactive identification and implementation of improvement potentials in the app and underlying processes.
- Support in developing innovative solution concepts and business strategies in the mobile payment environment.
- Conducting workshops, user research, and usability evaluations to optimize the user experience.
Tasks & Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Methodology: Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Knowledge in requirements engineering, user story mapping, and user-centered design (UCD).
- Ability in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and creation of flowcharts.
- Experience in test management and quality assurance (e.g., defining test cases, UAT, automated tests).
- Knowledge in conducting usability tests and A/B tests.
- Experience in stakeholder management and prioritization of requirements.
- Ability to develop and document detailed specifications and technical concepts.
- Knowledge in analyzing and modeling business processes, data flows, and target systems.
- Affinity for mobile payment solutions and a good understanding of the FinTech environment.
- Experience in developing and launching innovative products and services in the mobile apps environment.
- Experience in coordination and collaboration with representatives from the TWINT ecosystem.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to explain and document complex issues clearly.
- Willingness for continuous training and to follow technological trends in the mobile area.
Requirements: (spoken/written language)
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency
- English: B2 – Upper Intermediate – First (FCE)
