Technical Presales Specialist Omnissa (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Technical pre-sales consulting in the field of virtualization solutions

• Project management and technical support for customer projects in collaboration with partners and end customers

• Support and execution of assessments and migration projects with partners and end customers

• Support of the team and the sales force with technical customer inquiries

• Support in the further development of the existing customer base including new customer acquisition

• Conducting technical training for internal departments as well as customers

• Regular exchange and maintenance of contact with the manufacturer

What You Bring

• You are proud of your completed vocational training in the technical field (IT specialist/mediamatician) and/or your basic training and further education in the field of IT

• You are used to setting priorities, working precisely, and not losing sight of the set goals, even when things get hectic

• You have a flair for economic thinking and enjoy advising and developing solutions

• You have technical know-how in the area of client virtualization solutions and have good knowledge of server and backup virtualization solutions

• You enjoy communicating, like contact with customers and manufacturers, and gladly use your language skills in German and English («must»). If you can also communicate in French, that would be «superb»

• The common MS Office applications are not new to you

• Willingness to learn, team spirit, and innovativeness are qualities that define you
