Property Manager
Our dedicated team in Property Management ensures the management of the non-governmental properties of the Canton of Zurich with expertise and passion. In this varied and responsible position, you take on a central role: You are the first point of contact for renovation projects, represent interests in relevant committees, and act as a connecting element between construction authorities and management. In addition, you manage an exciting portfolio and actively shape the future of our real estate landscape.
Your tasks
- Support of construction measures / renovations from the perspective of property management
- Prepare decision-making bases (e.g. marketing / material decisions / calculations of new distribution keys)
- Evaluation and determination of rental conditions
- Participation in target formulations and project documents
- Management of real estate portfolio
- Organization and monitoring of interim uses
- Preparation of analyses and reports for owners and internal departments
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers
Your profile
- Proven experience in renovations / repairs / construction supervision
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Qualification as a property manager with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with REM or Garaio REM is an advantage
- Customer-oriented personality with high social competence and negotiation skills
