Senior Private Customer Advisor
Your tasks
- Needs-oriented, individual, holistic, and solution-oriented support of our customers
- Taking over an existing customer portfolio with the responsibility to systematically and continuously expand it
- Active advice and support of your customer portfolio in the areas of investments and retirement planning (financing is handled by the responsible specialist)
- Active participation in outbound and market development measures
- Image bearer of the bank: maintenance and expansion of the network within and outside the bank
- Active participation in bank and customer events as well as representation of the bank externally
- Contributing expert knowledge in working groups, projects, and expert panels
- Support at the marketplace in exceptional cases
Our requirements
- Advanced banking education (HFBF, HFW, financial planner) or on the way to it
- Several years of professional experience in acquiring and advising private customers with portfolio responsibility in the areas of investing and retirement planning (know-how in financing is an advantage)
- Open, engaging, and team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Empathy and joy in dealing with different people
- Strong sales flair and service orientation
- Very good IT user skills and digital affinity
