The Faculty of Business and Economics, for its mobility service, is looking for an Incoming Exchange Student Assistant.
Job Information
Start date: 01.05.2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Work rate: 50%
Workplace: Lausanne Dorigny
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Inform and welcome incoming exchange students, in French and English
- Manage nominations from HEC Lausanne partner universities
- Verify and then sign study plans, arrival and departure certificates
- Monitor course registrations and send transcripts to partner universities at the end of the exchange
- Manage the mailbox
- Update various documents and communication materials
- Provide general assistance to the HEC Mobility Office
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Experience in administrative management
- Very good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken), other languages an asset
- Good skills in common computer tools
The position requires regular on-site presence during the week, including Monday morning and Friday morning.
