Your tasks
- Cross-location assurance of technical operations
- Support of hospital management in all technical matters
- Personnel and overall responsibility for building and operational technology including landscaping
- Planning, coordination, and acceptance of maintenance, repair, and restoration measures in cooperation with regional management
- Regular report creation
- Budget control and monitoring
- Interface management
- Implementation of measures for organizational, technical, and structural fire protection
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the technical field and further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in building technology (HVAC trades or electrical engineering), preferably supplemented by industry-specific further training such as a specialist in facility management or real estate specialist
- Solid professional and leadership experience
- Personnel management skills
- Teamwork skills and an independent working style
