About the job
Your Tasks:
- Overall responsibility in the poultry sector including ensuring efficient and stable production processes
- Strategic and operational management of the poultry department (approx. 100 employees)
- Definition and adherence to planned quantities as well as product quality including control and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations
- Responsibility for internal departmental communication channels and process flows as well as their continuous optimization
- Support in the development of new products in cooperation with the development department
- Responsibility for planning and coordination of time windows for regular technical maintenance on machines / systems / buildings in coordination with the technical department
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards on machines and infrastructure
- And many other exciting tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed basic training in the food sector (baker, cook, butcher or similar) or in the technical field
- Business administration studies are an advantage
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in the industrial sector (food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, etc.) are an advantage
- Team player with assertiveness
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Flexible working hours as needed
