The corporate development team of Zürcher Kantonalbank is a dynamic team that, as the owner of the business & process architecture, is responsible for the further development of the entire bank. For the newly created Process Management department, we are looking for a leader who shapes our process landscape with a strategic view and operational competence.
Your tasks
- Establishing and leading the central Process Management department of Zürcher Kantonalbank
- Leading selected process improvement initiatives
- Responsibility for the business & process architecture of the entire bank
- Ensuring a consistent, bank-wide process landscape
- Sparring partner and challenger for departments and the entire organization in the analysis, design, and documentation of processes
- Developing standards, methods, and tools for efficient process management
- Close collaboration with executive management, departments, and other stakeholders
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent (Master's level, preferably in business administration, business informatics, or organization)
- Several years of experience in process management at a universal bank or in consulting (financial services)
- Very good general understanding of the process landscape of a universal bank
- Initial leadership experience
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented skills
- Ability to challenge organizational units, initiate change processes, and promote them constructively
- High degree of initiative, quality awareness, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability across all hierarchical levels
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
