You demonstrate rigor and organizational skills in your daily administrative management.
Under the supervision of your manager, you initiate innovative and adapted HR approaches with the main objective of developing the human capital of your sector. You advise employees during their professional journey as well as hierarchies regarding the evolution of skills needs.
You actively contribute to implementing the HR strategy, aiming to evolve our tools and practices in line with changes in the world of work and the institutional strategy of the HUG.
You represent the human resources function within permanent committees, working groups, and cross-functional projects. When necessary, you replace the Human Resources Manager.
