Position open at a rate between 80% and 100%.
Job description:
In your new role, your tasks impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably include,
- Entering outpatient and inpatient medical services, medications, and other non-medical services
- Checking administrative data of patient files
- Ensuring the entry of all medical fees
- Ensuring the completeness of the services entered in the files
- Generating outpatient and inpatient invoices for all medical disciplines of GHOL
- Handling invoice returns and their justification with our paying partners, defending the Institution's interests as best as possible
- Keeping up to date with news related to your activity sector
- Processing additional requests from patients and third parties
- Answering telephone calls
- Collaborating closely with other Patient Management and medical-care services.
- Participating in updating work procedures and continuous improvement of practices
- Actively participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual billing closures
- Anticipating updates of tariff catalogs in their entirety
- Other tasks as requested by management
Required profile:
We are confident in your rapid integration into your future functions thanks to your:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospital environment or in the field of health/accident insurance
- In-depth knowledge of tariff structures (CPTMA, Tarmed, SwissDRG)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss insurance system (LAMal, LAA, LCA)
- Analytical skills and ability to make proposals
- Flexibility and good stress management
- Very good command of IT tools (Opale, MOffice, Excel)
- Interest in innovation
- Good knowledge of English, German is an asset
Education level:
Required HES degree in Economics
