In the role of Business Analyst / Product Owner in the area of operational organization / operations, you have the opportunity to further develop the digital world at Kessler and contribute your experience and ideas. Our company size allows you to accompany, improve, and significantly support the digital transformation of end-to-end processes. You work closely with both internal and external teams and draw on pragmatic solutions or detailed evaluations at the right moment.
What to expect
- Design, analysis, and optimization of end-to-end business processes with the goal of identifying optimization potentials and creating efficient and sustainable solutions
- Assuming various roles in the area of business analysis - depending on the phase and strengths as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer
- Close collaboration with internal departments, IT, management, and our external development partners to develop viable and functional solutions
- Accompanying implementation: from initial analysis through conception to implementation in interdisciplinary teams
- Ensuring that solutions meet Kessler's strategic goals as well as the requirements of employees and customers
- Maintenance, upkeep, and further development of product roadmaps as well as transparent prioritization of topics
- Communication of product strategy, requirements, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner in the software development environment
- Completed studies in a technical or business field (FH/University/ETH)
- Solid knowledge of agile methods and requirements engineering (e.g., Scrum) – ideally complemented by certifications such as IREB, Scrum, OCEB2, or similar
- Leadership experience is an advantage, e.g., in leading subprojects, technical leadership, or coaching team members
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally, take responsibility, and make decisions
- Innovative, solution-oriented thinking combined with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Confident and structured appearance towards internal and external stakeholders as well as high motivation to actively contribute to Kessler's digital transformation
