Team Leader Facility Manager / Technical Janitor (a)
Our site in Rothenburg LU (A2 Business Park & NuFa Center), which includes four buildings and a parking garage, needs a good soul to support us in the maintenance of all buildings and facilities and to coordinate the commissioned services with external companies.
Your tasks
- Coordination of all janitorial, cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, repair, and inspection work on the Rothenburg site
- Control & enforcement of site regulations as well as leadership of the small team
- Contact person regarding the maintenance of the site and buildings
- Approval of work reports and invoices from external service providers
- Execution of minor cleaning tasks in coordination with the external cleaning company
- Execution of minor repairs and technical assistance with problems
- Support and assistance at events, setting up rooms for events
- Operation/monitoring of building management system, heating and ventilation systems, as well as locking systems
Your profile
- Technical basic training with a federal diploma
- Solid practical experience in building services maintenance
- Good PC user skills
- Residence in Rothenburg or surrounding area
- Driver's license category B and others such as forklift license are an advantage
- Qualification as a facility maintenance specialist, maintenance technician (IFH) is an advantage
