Since 1977, we have been operating as a sector trust office for social institutions. REDI AG Treuhand has built a good reputation over these 40 years. The demand for our services remains strong. At the moment, we even have to decline audit mandates because we lack capacity in the spring. Yet there is still much potential in the social institutions market.

Our strength lies in our extensive industry knowledge, which enables us not only to cover the technical aspects of accounting and auditing but also to generate effective added value for our clients. Our clients are located throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For many audit mandates, we work in pairs. The auditing department is usually supported by an employee from the KVG (elderly care) or IVSE (people with disabilities) departments.

Through targeted internal training, we ensure that you will soon reach the high level of our industry knowledge. We do not have a "silo mentality". Everyone should be deployed where they bring the greatest benefit to the client. We support each other and always have open doors.

As Head of Auditing, you will personally lead two employees, one auditor and one trainee auditor. Professionally, you will lead a team of additional auditors, including three audit experts and one auditor. You will actively participate in selecting the seventh auditor or audit expert.

You can apply your professional experience in a client-oriented manner because for many of our clients, people are at the center. The accounting must be legally compliant and appropriate for the operation, which goes without saying. The audit requirements are given, no matter how small the operation is. And don’t think auditing in this sector is boring. On the contrary, especially in social sector operations, new challenges often arise that have no standards and require your expertise to support decision-making.

Thanks to good organizational separation of departments, we can also offer many services to clients with limited audits. Our work as course instructors or speakers for professional discussions also regularly attracts new clients.
