Nurse at 80% or 90% ES or HES

The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that accommodates 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often with various additional disorders and deficiencies. To complete the Health Service team of our Cugy Boarding School, we are looking for a nurse to start service on February 1, 2026, or by agreement:

• Management and assessment of beneficiaries' health problems.
• Provision of care on medical prescription.
• Monitoring treatments.
• Pharmacy management.
• Keeping and updating beneficiaries' medical records.
• Supporting educational teams in accompanying beneficiaries.
• Training educational teams in delegated medico-technical care.
• Responding to various health-related questions.
• Health promotion and preventive measures.
• Participation in multidisciplinary networks.
• Collaboration with families and legal representatives.
• Coordination between educational teams, families, and doctors.

The Profile:

• ES or HES nursing diploma or a title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Interest in multiple disabilities.
• Reliability, organization, dynamism, autonomy.
• Ability to take initiatives.
• Good stress and unexpected event management.
• Ease in communication.
• Interest in integrating and getting involved in a socio-educational context.
• Good computer skills and good administrative management.
