Compliance Officer (50-60%)

Your role with us

• Expert and independent handling of reports on compliance violations as well as impartial management of the entire processing procedure
• Internal reporting office for employees and managers in cases of conflicts, complaints, and interpersonal challenges
• Moderation of conflict resolutions through mediation, coaching, and individual counseling
• Development and implementation of preventive measures such as awareness campaigns, workshops, and training on conflict resolution, equal treatment, and bullying
• Advising employees and managers on compliance risks, as well as supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in strategic compliance matters

What convinces us about you

• Completed higher education, ideally a Master in Law or equivalent qualification
• CAS Mediation or equivalent
• Several years of experience in an equivalent role
• An honest, diplomatic, and trustworthy personality with high social competence, empathy, and understanding of people
• Networked thinking, teamwork skills, and the ability to confidently moderate demanding situations
