Focus on Execution & Construction Management
For participation in demanding projects in construction management, we are looking for a committed, technically skilled individual who enjoys construction, coordination, and implementation.
We are a landscape architecture office based in Meilen and work on projects of varying size and complexity – from comprehensive open space concepts to gardens. The focus of this position is clearly in the implementation phase.
Your tasks
- Project management in the execution phase
- Cost estimation, bid evaluation, and obtaining contractor offers
- Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
- Scheduling and process planning
- Organization, leadership, and minute-taking of construction meetings
- Ongoing contact with clients
- Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines
- Implementation of green space concepts
Your profile
- Training as a garden and landscape technician, landscape architect, or equivalent
- Strong technical and constructive understanding
- Experience in construction management is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility, coordination, and decision-making
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of common software (e.g., MS Office; Delta Devi, other programs are an advantage)
