We are looking for a Project Manager Execution GU/TU for our office in Gisikon. Exciting projects await you with us, ranging from commercial and residential buildings to timber high-rises and industrial buildings, and we offer you a modern working environment. Your responsibilities

• As a Project Manager GU/TU, you achieve the economic project goals of new construction projects while adhering to the specified quality, deadlines, and costs from tendering to commissioning
• You lead your projects operationally and independently, taking into account safety, scheduling, quality, and quantitative requirements
• You collaborate with local subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• In your role as project manager, you are the contact person for clients, business partners, and tenants
• You coordinate the specialist planners in your project and ensure the overall coordination of the planning
• You are also responsible for the training of site managers in your team
• You maintain an open and respectful communication culture as well as clean documentation and report the current status of the projects to your team leader

Why you succeed

• Completed training as a project manager, TS technician, architect, or civil engineer
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a project manager of new construction or renovation projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Technical leadership of up to five site managers
• Your native language is German or you have very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
• Assertiveness and high social competence
• Familiarity with the general contractor environment
