You bring with you:
- Training in the educational field
- Enjoy working with young adults aged between 15-25 years.
- You have a confident, exemplary appearance and are able to recognize, assess, and respond appropriately to conflict situations. This applies to both group and individual conversations.
- You have good household skills and enjoy applying them. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed daily part.
- You can set boundaries and have a professional understanding of closeness and distance.
- You like to work resource- and solution-oriented.
- You are a responsible, resilient, and humorous personality with assertiveness.
- You like to work independently, goal-oriented, and bring experience in professional everyday support of young adults.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside usual working hours, in the morning and evening (including night duty). The workload spread over up to 4 days is not a problem for you (weekends off).
